These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and dk786 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dk786 website located at https://dk786.cam and all associated services, features and content provided therein.

dk786 is an online sports betting and casino information platform operated for informational and entertainment purposes and targeting players in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions. dk786 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

4.1 Registration

Each User may register only one account on the dk786 platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested in the registration form. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify dk786 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.

dk786 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach in writing.

4.3 Account Verification

dk786 may require identity verification at any point during your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the period specified by the platform will result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold.

All deposits made to your dk786 account must be from a payment source that is legally owned by you. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment method belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.

The following payment references are common in Pakistan and may be available in the platform cashier, subject to the operator's current supported payment channels. Availability, fees, processing times and transaction limits are subject to change without notice:

• Easypaisa — Mobile wallet. Verify availability in the cashier and confirm applicable wallet limits and Easypaisa's own terms prior to depositing.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the operator and may be updated without prior notice. All deposits are credited in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or the applicable account currency. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the User's responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• All active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met in full before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed satisfactorily before the first withdrawal is processed. The platform reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any subsequent point.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries a rollover or wagering requirement specifying the number of times the bonus (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20× requirement requires PKR 1,00,000 in qualifying wagers.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active, a maximum bet cap applies per round or transaction (commonly in the range of PKR 500–PKR 1,000, as specified per offer). Exceeding this cap may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots commonly contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute as little as 10–20% or zero. Check each promotion's game contribution table.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period (typically 7–30 days from the date of issue or deposit, as specified per offer). Failure to complete wagering within the expiry period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

dk786 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings if, in its reasonable opinion, a User has attempted to abuse the bonus system. This includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using prohibited betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or engaging in collusion with other Users.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, slots and other gaming activities conducted through the dk786 platform:

• All bets are placed at the User's own risk. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the platform's specific market rules permit cancellation (e.g., postponed sporting events).
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, error in odds display or data feed failure that results in clearly erroneous odds or outcomes, dk786 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.
• For cricket and other sporting events: PSL, ICC and bilateral series bets are subject to the platform's cricket betting rules, including rules on rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes, abandoned matches and specific market settlement criteria.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for digital games, and by the live dealer stream outcome for live casino games. Results are final once confirmed by the system.
• Maximum win limits per bet or gaming session may apply and are specified within game information or the applicable game category rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dk786 platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating or operating more than one registered account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or at any other stage.
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit any system error, software bug or technical fault for financial gain.

• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent the platform's bonus terms or risk management systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• Allowing a minor (a person under 18 or the applicable higher minimum age) to access your account or the platform.

This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, system failure, interruption of service, technical faults, errors in odds or game outcomes attributable to third-party data providers, or any other commercial or economic losses, even if dk786 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dk786 makes no warranty — express, implied or statutory — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or availability of the platform or its content, including sports odds, game information and bonus terms.

dk786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User has provided false, inaccurate or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• The User is found to be accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or money laundering.
• The User fails to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require account closure.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, any real-money funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds are forfeited immediately upon account closure for cause.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute as to their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in the User's place of residence.
